Our therapists are given the time and the caseload to do the work properly, plus the continuing education to keep getting better at it. Speech, feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy are deep specialisms, and nobody masters them in a hurry. A supported therapist is the reason your child gets the same person, prepared, every week.
Every child is a person before they are a referral, and every parent has usually been told to wait and see at least once already. We protect the one on one hour, we explain what we are doing and why, and we tell you honestly what we found, including when the answer is that your child does not need us.
We are proud to call Lafayette home, and families drive in from Broussard, Youngsville and across Acadiana to see us. We work alongside the pediatricians, dentists, lactation consultants and teachers who already know your child, because good outcomes are almost never the work of one clinic alone.
